What happens when the Yankees can get one of the best players in the league but he refuses to shave his beard? It is not that big of a deal for someone to have a beard. The beard is not going to bring down the organization or have people think different about who the Yankees are. This is the craziest reason for not signing with a team. I do think the Yankees need to make some exceptions because they are missing out on talent such as Brain Wilson. He is known for his beard, just like James Harden, there is no way that they are going to shave their beards to play for a specific team where they can get a lot of money somewhere else.
ReplyDeleteThere have been other players that have to shave their beards once they stated playing for the Yankees. I think you can compare this to a business, a business wouldn't want their employees looking like bums so why would a major league baseball team. Just my thoughts.
